The Bubblery

The Bubblery
The Seltzer sisters, who go by Bubbles and Sparkles, inherited the Bubblery from their great-uncle Fitz. From rose hip spritzers to serviceberry sodas and a mighty fine plum prosecco, they inject a little extra effervescence into every beverage they serve. All that fizzle and pop can go to your head, and their good friend Hyacinth can sometimes be seen tap dancing on the bar! The Bubblery is known not only for its wide array of sparkling refreshments, but also for the rollicking fruit stomping and pressing parties held out on the patio. Bumblewood residents love to get messy while squishing the juice from freshly harvested berries and fruits between their tiny (and very clean) toes. From there, the juices are casked and stored in the cellar, over time developing their signature pop, sparkle and fizz.
Seasonal specials include Last Run pumpkin cider, Hilda’s spiced mead, and Halftime Hollow's Bumblezone.

The Fairy Collective
The Fairy Collective is composed of Shelly, Bonnie, Valerie, Jennifer, Lisa, Mary, Renne, and Julie. This delightful group of ladies has a common love of gardening with a few friendships spanning decades and a few that are brand new. They were deeply inspired by their own visits to Bumblewood and each of them brought a unique skill to the fairy architect drawing board. The fairy collective is working towards retirement, is retired, and sometimes just tired and battling menopause!
