This delightful dirigible is the home of the Bramblewakes: father Orin, mother Elowen, and kids Taren and Breena. This adventurous family travels where the wind takes them, guided by Orin’s impeccable sense of direction and celestial mapping skills. Early this spring they drifted into Bumblewood on a gentle breeze and decided to set anchor and stay awhile. Elowen has gathered an inspiring collection of wildflowers to further adorn the airship’s hull while Taren and Breena have spent many happy hours playing and flying kites in Wren Lake Park.

Ever since she was a child, Richelle has loved books that transported her to magical lands. While wandering through the woods, hiking a trail, or exploring a park, she would imagine crossing the veil into another world—one where fairies, gnomes, and woodland creatures quietly watched from just beyond view. Richelle lives near Bumblewood Thicket with her husband and their three Maltese dogs, whom she considers the devoted guardians of the woods and all its creatures.
