Here at Bumblewood’s friendly neighborhood tavern, patrons enjoy a cold Bumblezone while bickering over the wins and losses of their beloved sports teams. The Flutterby Flyers have had an excellent season, but Bumblewood University’s Bumblebees have struggled to snag a win on the tinkerball court. Intramural buckeye ball teams gather here to nurse bruises and celebrate wins. The walls are lined with sports memorabilia, trophies, and team pennants. Percival Pintwhistle, the friendly barkeep, has been holding down the bar as long as anyone can remember. He keeps mugs filled while always ensuring everyone is safe to fly home at the end of the night.
The community bulletin board is at the center of goings-on in the village, advertising spider rehoming, lost pets, tarot readings, and more.
Brooklyn Briggs & Kristin Kekich
Brooklyn and Kristin both work at Mesa Labs where Kristin convinced Brooklyn to join the architects this year! Brooklyn lives out in Belgrade with her husband and four-year-old daughter, who loves Bumblewood Thicket. Together, Brooklyn and Kristin enjoy crafting and belong to the same book club! Kristin lives in Bozeman where the mountains meet the sky with her partner Doug, a distinguished cat named Sir Clarence Donovan McMurphy Kekich the first (aka Larry), a crazy dog named Michkov (aka Mitch), and about a million plants.
