Timber Tunes Bandstand is a popular music venue and gathering place for the residents of Bumblewood to unwind, listen to music, and dance the night away. The house band changes names frequently but is currently called the Pixie Stixs. The Stix are an alternative funky jam band playing anything from rock to folk, the more danceable the better. Anya Edelweiss plays piccolo in the band and Prune Crane occasionally sits in on banjo.
Julia Funderburk
Julia grew up in Bozeman and lives on the MSU campus. She enjoys visiting her parents' house to catch up with dog Otis and cat Molly (and parents and two siblings). She is a freshman at MSU studying Pre-Medicine and Studio Arts. She enjoys creating whimsical things with fabric, paint, wood, and ceramics. Her hobbies include skiing, biking, hiking, rafting, attending music festivals and concerts, and envisioning fairies rocking out on a stage. Julia has been making fairy houses for fun since she was four years old. Seeing Random Acts of Silliness’ installations around Bozeman inspired her get involved
