Jackie is one of the trickiest mythical creatures to find and requires a bit of a hike in. The extensive network of trails and lack of reliable cell service in Highland Glen make it hard to give a precise route. We recommend preparing for an adventure!
There are many access points to Highland Glen, however starting from the parking lot at Ellis and Highland Boulevard provides the best access and the prettiest walk. Start at the southeast corner of the intersection and follow the trail south and east. She is located in the ravine about five hundred yards to the south of the old homestead.
Please take typical hiking precautions and prepare for a walk of at least 30 minutes in to find her and her neighbor Nessie, and then a similar walk back out.
