COME AWAY

This crankie is an ode to our beloved Bumblewood Thicket fairy village. The story is written by Danielle and Sarah of Random Acts of Silliness, with art by Kelly Hartman. Kelly has been inspired by the magic of the fairy village since she stumbled upon it years ago. Since then she has been a loyal visitor every year and has participated in the fairy village as a fairy architect twice. Kelly is a printmaker so in this crankie scroll she used black tyvek to reference the linocut carvings she often makes for her own work. She created the scroll using alcohol ink markers, gold pen, and black and white tyvek.
