Mushroom Manor

Mushroom Manor

This stately structure is inhabited by the charming Lord Morel and Lady Chanterelle Toadstool. Mushroom Manor has been the Toadstool family for more than five generations and includes a labyrinth of underground tunnels and rooms. The Toadstools are ardent mycologists and dedicated caretakers of the forest’s fungi. They are also the fabulous hosts and curators of the Bumblewood Fungarium, a subterranean mushroom museum visited by fairies from near and far.

Catherine Hahola

Catherine lives in Bozeman with her new husband Clay, an engineer who patiently helps with all the structural processes behind her artwork, and a cat named Nala who is endlessly entertained by her projects. Catherine works at the university and enjoys cooking for friends, traveling, hiking and cross country skiing. As a child, she and her sisters created fairy houses in the woods surrounding their home. The Flower Fairies series by Cicely Mary Barker was a favorite and the source of inspiration for her piece last year, Twig & Twine Posy Boutique. You can find her on instagram.
